One of the easiest garlic shrimp recipe ever!!
1 lb large shrimp, peeled
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 table spoons butter
3 table spoons lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
1. Place the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, when oil gets really hot add the shrimp and let it cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add salt and pepper and turn the shrimps!
3. Now add the garlic and constantly stir for a minute or so. Then add the lemon juice, half of parsley (save the rest for garnish) and the butter and lower the heat and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes and it's ready!!
4. You can serve this delicious shrimp with rice or noodle, I served it with Japanese wheat noodle, after the noodle cooked, I mixed it with the left over garlic and shrimp juice and it tasted fantastic!
